So, I will be off work for (hopefully only) a few weeks again for medical reasons which means there will be time to complete the PIGEON and to start a new project.

I have two ideas but I can't decide which one to choose:

1. There are not many "fun" 3-cylinder cars in LFS right now. I'm going to change that. My idea is a hot-hatch based on the XFR with modernized styling and AWD. The centerpiece will be a 3-cylinder with relatively high displacement (around 2L), a unique sound and a very elastic powerband. This will be coupled to a double-clutch trans. I'm was thinking about longer travel suspension and dirt tires aswell for an alternative setup.
This will not be a tweak-mod, rather a complete re-imagining of the original car.

2. I was thinking of a competitor for the 02 HERITAGE inspired by the Audi quattro (the original one from 1980). It will have a 5-cylinder mounted waaaaay in front of the wheel center, AWD and a sequential transmission. This car will feel completely different from the 02, yet it will match the lap times on dirt and tarmac.
Obviously it will have retro-modern styling like the BAVARIA.
