Layout Editor [maximum number of objects in the future]
Hi there!
I have a question abut maximum objects in Editor, now we have 3k objects limit, what is the maximum capabilities of LFS in objects number in the future? Sorry if this question was asked before, simply i cannot find the answear.
It is true that this is rather limited.

We have large layout maps, but our catalog of objects is very limited, and there is also an object limit per layout, which prevents us from creating real maps.

Creating ramps is nice, but creating a real city is better!

Hi! Yes i know it , but the problem is it should be from lfs editor level itself , like more objects etc. This is Plugin only.

Previously it was 2.1k, then 2.5k, now 3k. You can create lots of stuff with 3k.

Any higher and loading the map will be bit laggy especially on older pc or if you're layoutting on already complex skybox like Blackwood Industrial. Maybe wait for next major update with the updated main tracks - highly likely the minimum pc requiremeny will rise and with that also the layout object count.
If you struggle to run Blackwood industrial alone with decent frames then it's time to upgrade. We have LA track if you want to build big layout.

This is my layout with 2500 objects and with fps uncapped, runs at 500 fps.

I'd prefer LA but i wish the ground didn't start at Z : 2.00, unlike 0.00 on autocross. Small issue but less height which is already kinda limited.

Opposite problem here: I can't sink stuff into the ground if the ground is 0.00 - we have a bunch of old BLcarpark layouts that rely on that and we can't transplant them to AU. Also just been working on concrete ramps out of RO lake... which is about -2metres at the bottom. You have to use a slab at an angle to reach low enough for a ramp2 to reach up to it.

It would be nice if the lowest point of any environment was something positive, however little.
