Seeing some lower ratings on the graphics. Can anyone kindly explain or suggest what they think needs fixing?
I did not vote,but checked the car in garage and here's what's wrong from first glance:
- as many do,also you sinned in aerodynamics part - the car has such extremelly low drag,that it allows to exceed 400km/h (translating to your ancient units,that's 250mph),which is way past realistically possible for such car. Also you have added downforce,however I seriously doubt if a sedan type car generates anything more than the amount that counters car's natural lift from air that gets trapped in wheel arches.
- power seems to be higher than real world's counterpart has - quick research led me to 365kW max power available,however this depends if you're going for proper replica.
- also regarding quality - LOD2 has holes in model,probably looks very weird from distance,LOD3 seems to be autogenerated by editor,you should tweak it closer to actual form of body.

Why do you talk to me like this? There's no need for an attitude. You could simply and kindly say that you think these things should be looked into.

Don't insult me because I happened to be born in a place where they use mile, that's not my fault. I have an engineering background in the real world so this is no problem for me to figure out with math on your downforce note.

In the future, be nicer to people.

Downforce values have been calculated, they did need correction, so thanks for giving that feedback. Check out my dev thread post to see how this was done: https://www.lfs.net/forum/post/2118054#post2118054

Calculated:
Downforce (55 m/s || 198kmh) = 926.739N
Downforce (25 m/s || 99kmh) = 191.475N
Downforce (15 m/s || 54kmh) = 68.931N
Downforce ( 1 m/s || 3.6kmh) = 0.30636N

Wow,chill,you should not feel personally insulted by a joke about a country stubbornly sticking to non-SI units.

...and yet you talking about downforce while editing drag. Razz Sorry,no intention to insult,just pointing out some misalignment of definitions - removing the negative lift surely also helped to make the car more realistic on technical side. Even of your calculations are correct - I'm still wondering if it would be really possible to reach 380km/h with 560 horsepower motor with car like this,as it is quite a large block. I wonder if Tesla made the announced Cd a bit better than it actually is. Uhmm

I should apologize too, I hadn't had my coffee yet Frown , still the feedback was very helpful. I should have done these calculations the first time.

I think things are correct now. Editing the drag value is the input that correlates to the downforce output we get so we should be good now. Tesla did aim for 0.21 coefficient of drag but in reality it ended up being 0.23. I think some of their community was upset about that too lol.

The power on the mod is indeed more than the real car, mostly for fun purposes Smile
