i've turned my ex-laptop into pieces..
i have an extra LCD monitor now and i dunno what to do with it..
any ideas?

If you can seperate backlight and screen you can use the screen to build yourself a projector. Here's a guide on Denguru.

On a more serious note, how about getting a broken Laptop (of same make as old one) and fit the screen and get a laptop out of it?

i was thinking if there was a way to make it a second screen for the laptop i already have or something.. it would be ultra portable!
or maybe some sort of digital photoalbum with a small processor?

It looks seriously tempting anyone done it?
