1.can set jump xxxx in all track(not only BL)
2.When we set how many Fuel will fill in the pit witf F11, don't show fiil to XX%, but fill XX%, as now , if I want to fill 13 %, I should know how many fuel in my car, if it is 15% in my car, than I should count this:15+13=28.
This look simple, but I can I do that when I'm driving?

No i think the way it is is best. if you have 13% in the tank and you want to add 15% is that 15% of whats in the car or 15% of the whole tank, or 15% of the space left in the tank? It's too confusing.
Just fill the car to a percentage, thats fine.

I disagree, I think it's totally inflexible at the moment. For a race you need Xlitres of fuel, and no matter when you stop or how much you start with, that amount doesn't change.

The "fill to X%" system means that for your fuel strategy to work you have to stop on the lap you planned to (when you have the least fuel), or fiddle about with the clumsy strategy changer. If you stop too soon, and do not increase the % it is filled to, you will not have enough fuel to finish.

If you can say "add X%", or to make it simpler "Xlitres" then as long as there is space in the tank for that fuel, you can stop on lap one, or when you're running on fumes, and you will still have enough fuel to finish the race (without fiddling about with the strategy changer at 100mph).

Example:

Race requires a safe 40% (for the sake of argument, let's call it 40 litres too).

Start with 20%/litres. Intending to stop on lap 10 of 20.
-With the current system you direct it to fill you back up to 20%/litres
-With the "add X%/litres" system, you direct it to add 20%/litres

You get held up in heavy traffic around lap 7 and want to stop early.
-With the current system you need to tell it to fill an extra 10%/litres, hardly exact, and not always easy neccessarily to calculate as you're going, but you want to play it safe.
-With the "add X%/litres" system, you don't need to do anything. If you have 6%/litres in your tank when you enter the pits, you will leave with 26%/litres. Whatever you do, you'll have enough to finish without touching the strategy changer.

Took me a while to understand the F12 menu and what it meant by fuel load at pit stop. I assumed the percentage (percentage of tank capacity) was what was added on top of what's already in the tank, seemed like the logical thing to do. Only to find it fills the tank upto that percentage and I ran out of fuel a few yards before the line.

The system in place now is counter intuitive. You're more likely to say 'add x amount to my tank' than 'fill my tank upto x amount'. The latter requires unnecessary calculations.

its really best to have both systems, whcih i believe was teh original suggestion.
Yes,we can choose "fill X%" or "fill to X%" by ourselves is the best
I often race on AS3, 10 laps with pit. Most people now put 28% in the tank and fill to 5% (The minimum). That means that they can do a pit stop without taking on fuel and the settings are not realistic

I say change it all to litres (and gallons) and have a settings in the garage for

a) Fuel at Start (In ltrs or gallons) - Fuel in the tank at start
b) Top Up (In ltrs or gallons) - How much to put in
c) Auto or Key - If auto selected amount in b) is added. If Key is selected the amount in b) would be added for each key press. (Set 5 ltrs - press 4 times adds 20 litres)
d) Low warning at - a setting at which a dash light flashes a low fuel warning

A driver would then have total control of his fuel strategy and could even make a "splash and dash" rather than the "ran out of fuel" message that we get all the time

To add real control and realisam the simple setting "Pit required" needs changing to.

a) Minimum fuel x - amount of fuel that must be taken on to satisfy the pit completed flag

This type of setting could also be used for tyres and pit window.
