On Black wood first solit my best is a 31.50 can any one give me advice on getting 31.3's?

Upload a replay and i'm sure you'll get some advice.

advice - slow in - fast out. dont try to take the turn as fast as possible, watch more ur line.

You probably meant trail brake, right?
But... what is a "flatshift"?

Make sure you get good speed through the last turn of the previous lap. Very important for a fast first split.

Flatshifting means that you do not lift off the throttle when you change gears. Stay full on the throttle and slam it in to the next gear, it's faster.
