Hi all,

I cant get insim to work anymore. When I try, i get the above error message. I tried installing a clean version of LFS to another directory and it works fine there, so there are no problems with a firewall or something like that... (everything firewally is turned off when i try anyway)
It's getting pretty frustrating and I dont feel like reinstalling LFS all over again.

Could someone give me some advice?

I get the same message. I reckon I'll try installing a fresh copy, as much as I don't want to :P

Have you recently hosted a server from your own pc?
Have a look if your ip address in "Multiplayer->Start new game" is set to anything else than 127.0.0.1
I've found this problem twice before. It seems any InSim app uses the IP thats filled in in the "Start new game" IP field. Resetting the IP to 127.0.0.1 did the trick for me.

Also of mention is to check the game server password is the same your using in your insim to connect.
