How many drivers can race on South city Spring Track 1???

because yesterday we were racing on a server and just 16 drivers could race, the other drivers couldn´t join

If the host set a maximum of 16 players racing at the same time, there's nothing you can do about it.

Depends on what the server is set to, it could be anything between 1-23

the set of server was 23 maximum

2 drivers joined to the server, but couldn´t join to the race.

I think there is limitations in SO sprint tracks because the lack of pits.

So Sprint 1 can only accommodate 16 driver. No more. LFS just won't do that.
