I seem to have a problem with lack of grip on the tyres in the hatchback. Tyres are the standard roadgoing ones, so I doubt that's the problem, any pointers to what it might be?

Lack of grip where? on the front, or the rear? Or both?

Post a replay of some laps, and your setup too. That will help.

It seems from the way the car is going, the backend goes first and then the front goes with it.

This seems to happen with the default setups as well. I'm doing the same speed into corners as other drivers are using (I checked, this is really annoying me) and they don't seem to be having any sliding problems.

I've used a fair few different setups and the same problem occurs.

Would putting more downforce on the car help?

Lowering the ride height maybe?
