Hello, those teams that were rejected from MofE and would like to say something about it post here
ALSO Me and Duke_toaster of OSR have thought about making a break away league for those who have been wrongly pushed out of MofE!
If your team was rejected and would like to race in an endurance league made from the rejects of MofE post here how you would like it!

I would like a league with short 1-hour races with driver changes, like the British GT. We could maybe have 2 races each race meeting? And maybe a longer race at the end of the season.

1 or 2 hour races may be planned, we are thinking of having a mixture of 2X1H, 2h and the good old 12h and 24h races.

RMoE? Yeah you were rejected this time, but I don't think there's any need to show your discontent by naming your league a spoof of the original. If you want to have an endu league, fair enough but surely it doesn't need to show the finger to it's "bigger brother"?

Real Masters Of Endurance is only a temporary name. And this is not a spoof, we are actually taking this seriously.

I dont see any point for whining, if u didnt get into MoE, go participate in MoE: LFS GT and prove yourself!

Bah. Team MG and OSR as a combined team have no proving to do whatsoever. It is simply a matter of unfair means of selection.

And could that sort of comment be left to the MOE thread please.

we are taking this seriously, its very disapointing to be dropped like a hat due to team favourity!
I think some 1hour races and some 2hour races! and then maybe 12 and 24hr one. Also i think the 1hour and 2hour races could be participated by 'privatiers' for race numbers?

:ices_rofl This is funny. Why not stop moaning and whining and drive in LFS GT? You also wouldnt have done your countless hours of training for nothing then, as you say.

nice 1 hour races sound nice.

I'd be up for one and two hour races, I couldn't do anything longer than 3 hours though.

well anything into the 3hour band would be team events!
but under that 3hour (so 1/2hour) would be team too, but privateers alowed too)

Doesn't this thread somewhat prove why you were rejected?

Why to take it so personally anyway, it's not that anyone could just join to MoE. And what's wrong with GT?

There were very reasonable explanations, that you were not chosen, but it looks, like you dont want to see them.

Out of curiosity how many endurance races have you been in so far? I'm not trying to be a smart ass here, but you cant claim that popularity had anything to do with team selection. If it did my team wouldnt be there. I don't think anyone outside of Fragmaster community have heard of Zwarte Wind Racing.

With no real reputation to wave around it obviously wasn't our reputation of fielding strong racers, which we do most of the time. We don't claim to be an entire team of fast drivers, maybe a little above par but we arent a team of world record holders (just one or two of us). So it can't have been based on speed.

Personally Im no longer with a team in LFS, but you guys have my full support, its discusting to read that teams have been left out or chosen randomly. You would think now that League Administrators would choose something other than the normal "big ego" teams.

There is a new and growing generation now within LFS, but it will always be the same until someone has the balls to try something different.

I cant do endurance, cant even say Im a fan of it, but you guys have my full support. As for copying events.. Our events get coppied all the time, I used to be offended thinking people were looking for a quick way to get popular, now I think differently. Its a compliment that people like our events that they want to put them on themselves, and thats great, as you would never find some of the big names now joining in a CRC events. Guess some people are really just too good for us. But then, when you start believing your own hype...

Anyway.

Just wanted to wish good luck to you guys, honestly.

Hope you'll find a way to fullfil everybodys expectations within the limits of LFS.

Thank you for your support. Wilst we have no schedule at the moment, we are thinking of the following.

2 meetings with 2 one hour races (Kyoto National, Fern Bay Black), 3 four hour races (South City GP Long, Westhill, Aston Historic) .
The greatest endurance race in Live For Speed : the 24 hours of Blackwood.
Two 30 minutes prequalifying sessions followed by a 30 minute qualifying session. (except for double headers, with
There will be a B race with cars that just missed out on the the race.

More information on the Endurance Masters World Championship will be given when we have dealt with arrangements.
