Whenever I make a demo server (I have s2), I want custom skins to load for everybody, how do I turn that on so everyone can see them?

Demo drivers can't download skins from LFS World. That's a feature of S2

you can't - Auto skin downloading only works for people with S2 on an S2 server (although with U21 it will work for S1 users and S1 servers too - but it's not out yet)

wrong - it was one of Scawens posts saying that will be in U21, and that U21 will be out, just lemme dig it out....

You can download skins on LFS if you are a Mr.Demo Racer.

unless you mean being sent them over IM etc, then i'm all ears, as i'm sure Scawen will be

1. Join a server with people playing
2. Play or just sit there for ~30Seconds
3. Push "2" and save the replay file
4. Exit the server
5. Load the replay
6. It will ask you if you want to download the skins.
7. Join the server
8. Enjoy your skins

does that really work? anyway, demo users can't upload skins so where's the point as few people will be using one

I have been doing this for a while, I was going to report it but yeah only got the net (at home) A month ago so i never botherd to signup to the forums.

Edit: Also heaps of people have skins like that. I d/l about 5 per server x50 servers thats a whooping 250skins. lol

tbh, it's a bit of a moot point. The only skins you can download are skins belonging to S2[*] drivers who are playing on Demo. So, I guess, as an S2 player I'm quite happy that you, as a Demo player, get to see the skin I spent ages making, without me having to IM you with it. Since Demo players can't upload their own skins, they can only really borrow other peoples' from LFSWorld..

Mk. Cant wait till i get my debit card. Then ill be a Mr.S2 lol. I have been waiting since i was 13 to get this frikin game.
