i think is great fun if its poseble to let it rain in a race and when the yellow flag is up you are not allowed to overtake someone.

and when a big accendent happend and the car is blocking the track that a safety car comes in

First of all, welcome to the forum.

Secondly, if you're gonna posts suggestions like this, you might wanna use the search first to see whether something has come up before... Which all of your suggestions have.

None of this will be in the next update, except maybe the no overtaking under a yellow flag, which shouldn't be too hard to implement.

Dynamic weather and safety-cars and stuff is all for S3 (hopefully), and that's gonna take a few years .

no the no passing in yellow flag wont happen, because we dont have full course flags, since after someone crashes they can just reset.. and go on their way
