Well i have developed a new problem, after ~20 mins of LFS, the router dies - it keels over and disconnects from the internet (annoying!), and when i log into the router afterwards the uptime is about a minute, leaving me to think that it is disconnecting and re-dailing, however it only does this with LFS, running downloads and torrents are fine for days on end. What could be causing this?

Do you tend to only play LFS at the same times roughly every night / when it occurs? Is there a time pattern? blah blah. There's quite a few questions to ask before it would be possible to narrow down the cause

not really, no!

BT BT my dads mate had nearly the same thing i think and he moved over to NTL becuase he got sick of it.

i can't move - i know it's something that can be fixed as it only happens for LFS, so something is being "odd"

I would suspect a dodgy microfilter.

Can you unplug all the telephones/skybox etc and give it a go ?
