I recently bought the dfp from my local game store and just plugged it right in and have been messing around in-game with it. Are there any drivers I should be installing with this?

Goto logitech website and download drivers for the momo...They do the job for you.

ok, the updated drivers from them are installed but now the pedals dont respond anymore? any ideas?

You need to set it up again in lfs....Select axis to what you need. You also might need to goto the wheel setting in control panel and tick the box compined pedals.
