well NGrignonALP24.raw is the logo

since the logo contains ALPHA layer, i dont think that any JPG to RAW converter would work. And with what AND why would you like to replace the lfs logo?

anyway, you need some program that can open .RAW files (photoshop, paint shop pro, maybe GIMP)
