Its their server, they can do what they like at the end of the day. The servers are not run by LFS team associated administrators.

It's sad to suggest this, but perhaps there needs to be a (one time) disclaimer on the licensed servers multiplayer screen as well.

You must remember that the Dev's and the whole of the LFS community, have NO control over third party servers, either you are doing something fundamentally wrong to get banned from two servers (I have NEVER been banned in nigh on 4 years of LFS) or you were just unlucky.

It's there server, they are entitled to do what they want, there are plenty of others to race on.
