the basic storyline is theres a car whos driving randomly drifting near-missing cars

then the cops hear the news and 2 cops do their job

and it would be easier if your timezone could be close to gmt-0

we will also need a server and layout provider because i cant make my own server
and we need the layout to be city life style on any of the south maps
and we need to fit in all our actors and extras on the server
