Poll : Should I delete the custom draw style "ext. 2" in view options.

I always drive from 'ext 2' view, simply because in the 'external' view you can't see behind you at all, as the camera does not position itself sideways as it does in the normal in car view when you look behind you. With the 'external' view all you can see, as shown by Renku, is the back of your seat.

I'd like it even more if it only would make the car vanish if you are looking back, not when looking left/right.

edit: if it would be to be removed, then a new feature which allows you to adjust the 'look behind' camera position separately would be required.
voted , No - I don't need it desperately but I sometimes use it , but i would definately hate to see this option go.
Maybe if the view rotated around a slightly different axis when you look left/right/back, it would let you look around the seat. If you picture your head turning, your eyes are a little bit forward of the point that your head pivots (towards the back of your neck) so your view sort of swings around the pivot point rather than your view rotating right on the pivot point. If you know what I mean ^.^

EDIT: Plus, if you look all the way over your shoulder IRL, you end up with some shoulder/body movement as well, further increasing the distance between your view origin and the pivot point.
the view mode should be only one. like originally proposed. u later added view2 coz u said someone couldnt see properly. also didnt remove wheels view. listening too much creates disformity in your creation. options of options without a clear aim, creates blur, characterless.
Its the options TAKEN that define your art. flexibility, is not a whore for everyone.
the customview mode should imo be one (i said mode). if u want to, why not add a toggle option for "invisible car/invisible at glance/always visible" (HC mode sensitive), im fine with that. Please refer to my ancient, proposal for that ui, since its still far ahead of current lfs (which i understand, and understanding is not always great).
same concern wasnt put at clr sky modes, and imho, it was handy to have a full scr for blue screening etc. i never used ellipsoid btw but far from me to req a flower this year. ill never be an excuse for the easy. sucess is relative, competition is a hard thing. i bite the easy i stand by the fighters.

hope iracing will be the producer this game doesnt have. even though i know thats not the carrot that makes u move. but i can hope for a light. and dont worry i like carrots too.
If you remove this, will the car still vanish if I look left, right or behind?
Whilst I don't fully understand the question - I either race in cockpit view or wheels view. I prefer full cockpit but sometimes I just like to be able to run close to apexes, arnco etc.

If in the former I like to see the back seats when I look backwards & when in the latter I like to see (just) the back wheels. In each case I think the backward view should compliment the forward view.
OK, thanks for the responses and votes. Enough people want this that the option needs to stay.

I've done it differently now, much more understandable. It has two separate options as you can see in the attachment. The "Draw (look)" option is not selected by default. If not selected at all (as you see in the image) then it uses the "Draw (main)" option for the look option.

Am curious about the 2 new options, eye veiw and center veiw, guess we will find out in u29

I'm using this view for almost every car i drive. Wouldn't be to happy to see it go.

Off topic (?): I know this is in the test patch suggestion list but when we might get multiple customs views per car? Soon maybe because you are now working on this camera view stuff?
multiple custom views would be cool as long as we still could alter the cam to suite our driving
