Hi,
I've seen many videos which use a 'fixed camera' (imagine the camera is fixed to the car). How the hell do you do this??? I know pressing shift-u allows for a custom camera but how do you keep it at the same angle as the car?

When in a certain car, switch your view so you can only see the front tyres. Then press Esc and in the options menu choose view and there you can adjust the position of the "attached" camera =)

you wont be able to see the body though will you? switching to the tyre view makes the body invisible

EDIT: just noticed you can change it from invisible to external
