im thinking of buying a graphics card bbut dont know what one to buy.any suggestions please tell me and my budget would be 150-200 euro

well if you wait a few days a prices will drop as a new all powerful one is coming out (waaaay out of your price range though).

What slot does your PC have? (ie AGP, PCI-E)

i also play flight simulator so the graphics in that are also high and my computer cant hack it its perfect for lfs but not for other games so what makes or models are best

First, tell us if you have AGP or PCI-E bus in your computer?

I bought radeon x850xt to AGP bus for that price range, this is enough to run LFS at any detail level possible, however for example with rFactor I could use bit more speed, but it is ok.

when it comes to computer i aint the smartest infact probaly the stupidest sorry but i dont know what it is how could i find that out about the AGP or PCI-E

look inside your PC, is your graphics card just now in a brown slot or a long white slot. both of them are longer than the normal PCI slots. if its white, its PCI-e, if its brown, its AGP.
