I know a Enzo crashed about a year ago, wasn't the guy that owned it(he said he wasn't driving) swedish? If so, i have lost all respect for rice sweeds with flashy cars.

Well, Enzo story is one of most exciting true stories on internet, read it all here Yes, that guy was swedish too, however it does not make swedish people any more worse than American or Finnish, it is always about individuals in these cases.

after seeing the ccx on top gear, i wouldn't drive one until they address the stability issues with the car.

The best thing about this, is that Koenigsegg took the care (or some thing like that) from an Norwegian man and said he had to sell it.
