can anybody explain the way japanese name their corners ? they usually talk about the 100r on that track or the 130r on some other track and i for one havent got the slightest clue as to what theyre talking about
Fuji has a 300r and 100r. I think kev gets a cookie for sounding right, at least.

But with Fuji look at how much tighter the 100r is than 300r, compared to the difference between Suzuka's 130r and 200r. Just doesn't seem to jibe. Unless of course I'm misunderstanding the concept completely...
The corners are talked about in here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suzuka_Circuit Even though the radius may not look right, I think the older corners had those names. Seems odd, or I don't understand it.
