The developers might start a driving school before you can buy it, because the car is obviously to powerfull for "n00blets" to drive... hehe...

Actually there is, kind of, but driver had no time to take part to training...
then they should make it mandantory before you can take delivery of the car...but that is still rather pointless because if the car is sold 2nd hand, then there would be no such opportunity, and the new person would end up wrecking it in ~15 minutes.

the car is pretty, and its got gobs of power, but its kind of a piece.

Imo, every car that does 0-100kph less than 7 seconds should have additional driving test, where you have to proof that you actually can handle that vehicle, there is too many unskilled people driving things that are very much more that they could even imagine to handle, that it should law would not do harm.

7? I'd consider raising the limit to 10 judging by the number of people in 'fast' cars that can't drive.

Lol, so true, but that would never happen as mr/mrs. Average would be afraid he wont pass the test

Take randomly 10 drivers from morning traffic and put them to normal driving test, I would be surprised if more than one passes, specially from theory part. There was tv show running here some time ago, Britains worst driver it was called, driving in here is as bad as it is in your place, except we have more ice and snow
Maybe one way of making people want to take part in such training would be insurance benefits?

Imho it would be just enough that you would need to drive FWD, AWD and RWD cars in driving school. There are people nowadays who have never driven RWD cars. Wonder what happens when they do?

I guess this is what happens (sorry BMW people ):
@JTbo: Wow, looks just like the car-to-pole crashes we do over here

But that's sad news, that Lamborghini didn't improve at all after being bought by Audi. That means you can only trust a sports-car you build yourself - i.e. Caterham
