Bug or a cheat (car fixed while driving)?
A friend of mine spotted this.

During a race driver hits a wall and his front wheel gets bended badly. He continues driving and soon abracadabra his damage dissappears! I think this not any graphical thing because in F10 the damage is fixed too.

Never seen this before. Smells like a cheat (program?)

See yourself. Follow pod.germanpio. It happens on the last corners at lap 2 and it is fixed before the end of the lap.

I'd say that was a lag problem, because the rear right wheel didn't get fixed.
interesting, you would have to ask him because sometimes something seems like it is, while its not, ie your sitting at au1 looking at another car that seems to be bouncing b/c it hit thw wall but really its not, its moving like a normal car. Understand?
Hmmm... so car damage is calculated in every computer, not just the one who's car it is. Something i didn't know. Lag would explain the small 'jumps' the car makes after the crash. Didn't even think about lag cause it was moving so smoothly otherwise.

I didn't know the driver and I didn't even notice it until my friend sent the replay. Anyway I haven't seen this before, but maybe I've been just lucky.
hmm maybe, since i lag so badly (damn dell) I see these things often
It was due lag. On his game he just went close to the wall and on your friends game he hit the wall due to lag. You can see in the replay how he's driving is not at all effected by the damage. So in reality he got no damage at all and when he crossed the finish line LFS synced up on your friends game so the damage was fixed.
