Allrightey, well I've set and searched for awhile and am obviously using the wrong words and whatnot. Anybody mind simply telling me how to load a new track layout that you've put in your layout folder? or link me to a thread that explains it. I found one thread with a link to instructions but the link seems to be dead.

ingame, click shift-u, and on bottom right it will have the layouts, just click on one of them (i guess it says load or something like that) then it has the list thing that comes up, and then click on whichever you want

Done that but nothing shows, though I have one downloaded layout in my layout folder. Any ideas? it's a .lyt file..

then you must be at the wrong track; you have to be at the track the layout accords too ei: BL1_layout, you must be at blackwood GP forward
BL3_layout, you must be at blackwood carpark
etc.

If you don't get any GUI up at all on Shift + U, press spacebar.
