Getting between 51 and 90.
I have to tweak it to, cuz its god damn hard with 3 fps at the start
Dell motherboards suck, I upgrade from a 9600XT to a x1600PRO, and I only get a 10FPS improvement. illepall
Ever since i got lfs i ran 25 fps works fine for me np.

Amd 64 3000
Quote from Jertje :Same.
It's a fairly mid-range system, too. I don't see how people can get less than 60 fps on minimum settings with any half-decent PC.

Well..if i could get that frames...like on haven. But it depens highly on the gfx card u have. I got an intel bulls. and those are like the worst cards you could get. But the rest of the lapi is fine..1024 ram, 1,6 ghz centrino.
So you could guess yourselfe luky!
Quote from pb32000 :Well I have V-sync on to avoid tearing, but I usually get around 80-90fps at 1680x1050 with 4x AA. Mmmm new 20" glossy widescreen is SO nice

same here
I used to average <20 on my old PC.

Since I got my iMac, I've never seen it drop below 60, with everything on max.
I've installed a lot of high quality texture packs and the "nice" reflection mod, and still average around 55-60 FPS in standard populated areas of track. In solo areas it has been known to fly up in the region of 85-100

It does drop to about 25 if I'm at the back of a full grid. And if there are a lot of people causing a lot of smoke it can drop even lower.

GeForce FX5500
LFS Bench?
Mine generally runs at over 100. I've now limited it to 40 as there's no point in it running any faster.

Curious, I'd consider 40fps the minimum for fluid gameplay. 24fps might be the minimum to not make movement jerky but it no way looks smooth. That's way fast action scenes in movies always seem slow (to me).
