Can be possible to do an insim aplication or mod emulating a rev limiter?

Pit speed limiter.. in cars that have it.. could be useful, but I dont think thats what you mean.

Example: on XRT rev limiter cut in 7000rpm and back down to 6650rpm before red line in the tacometer.
