Well i Have audio clips of different blow off valvues and exhausts, can i some how add this to a file or what so my cars sound different? If so can you please Walk Me Through The Steps. Thanks alot, and i'm not sure how to post the audio that i've gotten so people can hear the file and maybe do it for them self.

Im not sure but i think you need to convert them to a .RAW file....and name them the right name.

you can only change Blow off valves and skid sounds - you cant change what the engine itself sounds like

I think TypeRCivic means the engine sounds Scooby .
@Civic : You should search the CSR thread, or the CSR-presets thread. I'm sure someone's posted a step-by-step guide.
