I have a question....If my friend would have a license...would i be able to use it also on a diff computer when he would be offline?

if its an s2 lisence you would have to log in with his s2 lisence in the different computer, if that helps

It's against the license agreement. Your friend may install it on two computers within a LAN (so basically two computers in his house).

Sharing licenses is forbidden and hence why your limited to 2 unlocks a month.
