im not sure if ,any people know, but this has happend to a few people.

once logegd into msn, if someone starts a conversation and the first line says "check :P (then a link)" dont do it because its a virus and iv seen it happen to a few people so be warned.

if its a link to "lollpics.net" dont worry, i Whoised the name and got the account closed down after all my friends got infected

no it was something else. although it did have "pics" in it. and it was .php

Lesson learned: don't click links from unknown people. link

I got that message the other day ago too, something like "is this your pic : o - link" - to which I promptly replied the link 404ed (yeah, I clicked it), and then realised the message came from someone not on my contacts list. After a short moment of silence I blocked and deleted the account. I'll try and dig out the URL... funpic.de was the site. I won't post the whole URL just incase it does something to someone else.

i deleted it by scanning with my antivirus, then i saw in wich folders those files where, deleted the files and problme solved
i was keep getting that link from all people the whole night

Urgh its some script kiddie using VB, hell they havnt even bothered the window title from Form1.

Just replaces msnmsngr.exe and a couple of other files. Easy to delete in safe mode in approx 30 seconds.

Reinstall msn. Done.

After seeming to have died down it's redoing the rounds, just a casual warning to all. No I don't have the virus, nor do I use MSN.....However the gf does and she's phoned me up as if it was my fault!!!
