ok, I seen in video, that it is possible to drive in south city in the highway, fern bay in the country road or something. But when i try to reach that place, it's beeing blocked.. does anyone has the answer to this?

Depending on what the video shows, it can be possible to drive in these places using the Auto-X editor.
If you put the start line off the track you might be lucky enough to stay there.

There are some spots where you'll get automatically reset and others where you'll fall through the scenery, but live and learn

Get garrys mod. It lets you do whatever you want.

The only one I know of is on the Car Park.

If you drive through one of those red & white barriers you should go through and hopefully not fall through. Then drive round to the caravans and large building in the south west corner. Drive into the large building, stop and then reset the car. Takes some experimentation but eventually you'll end up on top of the building.
