This is a VERY useful page and I have taken the FXO skin template and I am using it to make an FXO undercover cop skin with cop writing on the back so it applys to cop rules on certain servers.

How very peculiar. I found the Master Skinnerz site to be of immense help when developing skins. I'm very surprised that you didn't find their site useful.
