It usually means the clients can't contact the game server directly. Which typically means theres a firewall or a router in the way.

Or to put it more simply, if the problem is what I think it is (ports blocked by router) check http://www.portforward.com/eng ... orwarding/routerindex.htm

Find your modem, router in the list, and follow the instructions in the site!

you can, just get into the server bia local, put your IP adress instead of the name of the server
