On account of your description I would say the planets are aligned funny.

Have you turned yout computer on?

Remove the wheel from your computer and reinstall the drivers
Reinstall RBR

Does it work in LFS?
Has it worked before or it just don't work at all?
Is the wheel connected to the comp?
Is the power on in the wheel?

yep it works perfect on lfs but not on rbr

i cant even assign the keys it wont levae me click on force feedback its like the game isnt picking it up
