Then you do not know the number one source of nutrition for students in the toen I go to university. In the "3 Goldene Kugeln" (3 Golden Balls [NOT these balls!]) you can eat a "Riesenschnitzelsemmel" (Giant Sandwich with fried meat in a pie) or "Riesensteirerburger" (Giant Styrian Burger, meaning you got all kinds of pumpkinseed products on it...) which are not much smaller than this burger postet above (allbeit they are not that high, if you sqeeeze them, you still manage to take a bite...).
If you buy one of those, you usually have a meal on noon, a dinner on the following evening and a breakfast on the next morning...
Still, if my honour is at stakes, I may eat one at once. Reminds me to not participate in stupid bets concerning food. And if we are at it, a short survival tipp: If you try to stuff two doughnuts with jam-filling and powder sugar on top of it into your mouth, do not breath. Powdersugar has a nasty habit of being inhaled if you do so...
Is that from Denny's Beer Barrel? http://www.dennysbeerbarrelpub.com/ (click on burgers on the right). This is only about half an hour drive from me. They had a 9 pound burger that a 100 pound girl held the record for eating in 39 minutes I think. I see they now have a 15 pounder (11 pound of meat, 4 pounds of bun and toppings).
Well, if I am wrong I stand corrected, bugger, but I didnt see anywhere on that page that stated he was from the UK, the page is littered with american stuff, $'s, Wall-mart etc etc.
The 30,000 calorie sandwich (the page linked to in the first post) was in the US, but what you've quoted is from another page about a meagre 8,500 calorie sandwich (link at top of 30,000 calorie page)
See, us Britons can't beat the Americans at eating.
............................Doh!..........................................
Now I'm so depressed, I think I'll eat the buffet
But first I gotta get this foot out of my mouth.
