Is it only me that is constantly being wrecked by the AI? Whenever i race AI, they always wreck me, and they dont seem to notice me. I put this in the bug section, as i think they should be programmed to be aware of their surroundings, and use their brakes, not my bumper.

AI is still being improved I bet, just be paitient.

It isn't a bug. As has been mentioned in many topics across the forum, the AI is still being developed and is not yet complete.
