Make sure you're searching for demo servers and not ignoring them all because of your filter settings.

Yes you can.
Goto Multiplayer,
Select DEMO
Click Display list of games
You should see a whole list of servers.

You may need to change your filters. These are the bottom of the list of games screen. Set them all to "Yes" to see the full list.

You, however, may notice some issues with the master server at the moment (first time in months). The team are working on the issue.
