I play cops and robbers alot .. im part of TC the team that runs the server. I just got U36 and for some reason i cant replace horn5 with the siren anyone know why?
because i did it with earlier patches like U30

I think it has changed from snd/horn5.raw to sound/horn5.wav

but now when i replace that it says the file needs to be 16 bit ... is there a way i can make it that way? because now i have no horn 5 atm
