I have just downloaded and installed the new version V (thx for the mail LFS) but I cannot unlock it, since it always says :File error. What could be the problem?

Sounds like it's not installed properly. Are you sure you're unzipping to the right folder?

yep, very sure indeed, it asked me if it should overwrite this and that. maybe the problem is the ghost car program which i have installed about four weeks ago? i`ve just tried the old staple: shutting down windows, rebooting etc. nothing's changed.

solved the problem: you need to have admin rights, my online account doesn't have them, so i had to log in as admin, open the game, log out and start again on my second / online account.

In WinXP (at least in the pro-version) you can start programs with a different username without logging off and on, right-click and select "run as..." ("Ausführen als..." in german)
