I saw an initial D track for LFS and i was wondering if it can be added in the demo

nope; only license holders can use autocross tracks (or tracks with autocross parts)

got 24$? if you do, buy yourself an S1 license; or if you have 46 i think it is, you can get an S2 license

or, since it is the holidays, ask for it for a present
