Ok seeing as how I'm bored - yet again! I think its time someone puts together a guide for these little sim people's on how to make their own skins.
Lmao! I dont know about you but I cant believe people have neck to be asking for other people to edit pictures for them as it's one of the most basic and simple of tasks to be done on a puter, my four y/o nearly has it down to a tee

Included in the guide will be:

A free pic editor(waiting for your thoughts)
CMX viewer
step by step guide on how to use templates, correct .jpg sizes when editing, and how to resize and upload to LFS for use on d'internet.
Then ye will ave' NO excuse for bein lazey simmers...aaar!

So, whats the/is there a free pic editor(user friendly interface for lazey noobs)???

Gimp is free, so is Paint.net, they are both quite good

If GIMP looks a bit weird try GIMPShop. Same thing, Photoshop style wrapper.
