Didnt knew where to place this queston, so i came out here .

When i play in a server 'Cops n Robbers', with many objects, my fps goes down fast...
Normally i think ive got like 70fps?... That much, i can play smooth and nice.
But in a server with layout.. it can get to 10... and average 25?

My computer specs are fine.. i can run BF2 easily.. and BF2142 is good too..

my inet connection is also good enough..

where is the problem?

does any1 has some tips or tricks to make my cops n robbers game a bit smoother

Layouts hammer the CPU HARD, whats your PC's specs?

yay i know..
some1 said he had around 60.. but i dont know if thats true..
but when ive got 10fps.. its not really fun to play.. and i dont think CnR, will be that populair than..

specs:
Memory: 1280mb ram
Processor: I.C. CPU 2.66GHz
Graphic Card: NVIDEA GeForce 6800 (128mb)

this all should be far away enough for lfs right illepall

like i said, it hammers the CPU, hard and your CPU isn't blazingly fast

(i get 60 fps in autocross with 512 objects, but double that with no layout)

what is a fast CPU these days anyway?

mines rated 3 ghz but its really 2.8 ghz, my FPS drops down to about 30 and hopefully no less on the CnR servers

yeah.. u upgrade ur computer, a month later there are new stuff on the market..

yea i think my chuck norris in my computer ran away after about a day and a half..

thats what my uncle says (computer genious... no really i promise you he is lol, he works for the largest computer company in the world; i think its based in denmark but can't remember)

eh just found a price at the lowest priced store around.. well i can get one for like.. $360

..im good lol, i'll wait for its time to get a new computer haha

ive got enough money for complete computer upgrade.. and than ill have almost the best of the best..
but im working alot and saving money for drivers license..
i think i will regret if i putt all that money in my computer..
so mabye later
