I guess most of them are 4WD, no?
You can mostly get good sets on forums, or from the manufacturer of the kit.

I mean in the game rally cross setups.

Here's the setup I used on my 1:08.13 hotlap on bl rallyx reversed. Probably isn't the best setup in the world, but I think that with some practice it's good for 1:07's without cutting, as I just drove a couple of laps to get that time.
