I was woundering where I'm able to get textures at, So I'm able to add them to the game and stuff, like for the walls and roads, and sky, grass I'm looking for it all, Help me out please. Do you have to buy a Texture Program, If so please let me know what program

First, you need Photoshop, or something that can open/edit/save .dds files.

If you want textures:
A)Get a camera
B)Google for whatever kind of texture you are looking for
C)Pay for stock photos.
