There are a couple of reasons i ask this question.
1) My mate who used to play LFS in S1 has just come back since patch V, he is having awful trouble with it pausing every 10 seconds for about 2 seconds and then going again. Used to work perfectly in late S1 on the same machine.
2) I have a significant FPS drop since patch V and would like to see if it's patch related of some new hardware i have got.
Anyone got a link to patch U download?

I think I remember this problem from another thread, but I can't find it.
IIRC turning hardware acceleration down/off solved it in the other case.
