I was at my friends house last helping him set up his g25. I also installed the new patch on his system. After we installed the patch we were prompted to reunlock S2. When he puts in his password we got a message stating that the password must be 8 charactors or more. His password is not 8 charactors....what should he do? before the patch he had S2 and now he can't get back on.

Any suggestions????????????????????

should be retieveable/resetable as long as hes still got the password for the emailaddress used to register lfs
