When i play LFS its too dark, i've got my monitor on its brightest setting and contrast at its highest but its still too dark?

dont know what else i can do, all the other games i play have a brightness/gamma setting, but i cant see 1 in LFS.

Yea my monitor is rubbish i had a flat panel but it broke just using this old gateway EV700 until i get it fixed, if it can be fixed that is... i can brighten my scren with my ATI catalyst control center but it has no effect on the game brightness.

Have you tried tuning the gamma etc. settings from your video card's control panel?

Yea but it just affects like my desktop but doesnt seem to do anything to the brightness of my game.

Make sure you're changing the 3d settings not the 2d ones. I can't be more help because I have an nvidia card, butt he option has to be there soemwhere. There should something about overlays etc on the same page.

Oooh hang on i just changed set color correction for to Full screen 3D rather than desktop, probably sort it out
