My body seems incapable to gain any weight, i am around 60kg like forever... I never crossed 60 kg..
I work night shift at work so my bio rythm is gonne mad.. I go to sleep at about 6, 7 am, and sleep until about 15:00... so i skip that "normal" breakfast..
I lunch at about 16:00, dinner at about 21, 22:00 and eat again at about 02:00, 03:00, sometimes even later.. (that is breakfast skipping compensation).
If any of you know what is the best way to gain some weight, i am all ears..
True, i have low body activities, and don't eat that much(don't have much apetite) but i wanna cross that damn 60 kg border!
I've gone through a lot of weight change, but nothing directly related to LFS I don't think. I gained about 20 pounds while at college last year (I substituted rez food with copious amounts of beer and pizza ) but I've lost 40 pounds over the last 4 months as a direct result of work and the lack of appetite it brings.
I was around there when I was about 12-14. Was about 40kg at age 12, probably about 45 at age 14. 4 years later, I was up to about 55 kg. 4 years later, I'm now up to a very steady 58kg.
Well back on topic, I have gained some weight of late but I don't think LFS is the sole course or even the predominant factor. It'll be the lack of excercise, daylight, and lots of shit (but oh so tasty) food I keep eating as part of my degenerative student lifestyle.
Gain about 10 years or so, get married, have kids, develope bad knees (mine run in the family) and you are sure to gain weight .
You all are young. I was fit and trim when I was in my 20's as well. I still have legs like a rock, but the belly is like a pillow, LOL. Well, the belly isn't soft, but it's grown.
AS for the poll? LFS hasn't changed anything. Being married and no longer playing basketball, vollyball, or hockey with friends every minute I'm not working is what did it for me. Now the toughest I do is getting down on the floor to play Barbies with the 6 and 3 year old girls.
