You can't host 20 people on a 128k line, you'll be lucky to have 3 people on lag free. Also people won't join your game straight away, they usually look for well populated servers.

then you mean they can see my server but they don't join because my internet speed is low, right?
may it work if i try to host only 5 people?

People play on well known servers that are popular. They've never heard of your server so unless there are people on it no one will play by themlseves. Because your intrnet is slow you can only have 5 people on your server or it will be unplayable when its full.

My opinion is that there's differences between routers. Example: My friend who owns DSL with router (firewall/NAT/Router included) can't do game for some reason, and when I host a game in LFS demo (hopefully gonna be demo user 6 hours anymore) there's no proble at all, there is no lagg with 8 players racing no problems with connections or players (doen't mean starters=newbies).
So trep my suqqestion is that you should try first to open all gates from (in case your router does have one) firewall, and if that doesn't work then call your customer service and ask can you make servers or is it forbidden.
Of course you can allways try another router, that might help also.
