I HAVE 4 SKINS FROM MY RACING TEAM AND THEY WORKED YESTERDAY BUT NOW THEY DONT WORK IVE DELETED REDOWNLOADED LFS UNLOCKED IT AGAIN IVE UPLOADED AND DELETED THE SKINS ABOUT 10 TIMES EACH BUT THEY STILL WONT WORK AND ITS ReALLLLLLYYYY ANOYING

Ok... there is something you are doing terribly wrong probably and I have no idea where to start because what you are explaining is very confusing....

I'll do an example of how I want to get a skin loaded into my game:

1) Get the skin (FXR_myskin.jpg for example)
2) Place it in my LFS_S2\data\skins folder
3) Go into the game and while in Singleplayer or Multiplayer with the FXR (car the skin is for), go into the garage and make my own custom color profile on the left side by hitting new and naming one. I goto the "Colours" button below and choose the skin from the list.
4) Done, now it is loaded into the game and works on the car.

If I wanted people to see the skin online via the Auto Skin Download feature I would do the following:

1) Goto www.lfsworld.net and login with your username and password
2) Click on the My Online Car Skins icon
3) You should have a window that comes up where you can click to browse for a specific file (in this case the FXR skin file)
4) Upload it, and once it says you have uploaded it successfully, people will then see this skin when you go online.

Not too hard now is it?

If you are still having problems, tell us what the skin file is named, attach it here. Or tell us clearly what kind of problem you are having.

If you are uploading the skins online to LFS World, that will NOT make the skin load into your game. You have to have the skins locally on your own system too.

So what is the problem? They all load fine into my game.

Tell me... do you want the skins to load into your garage? Or are you trying to upload the skins onto LFSWorld?

Ok heres the problem:Ive uploaded the skins onto LFS World and ovcoarse into my skins file so i can use them, the skins show up on my machine but not on the other players machines, ive tried everything to fix it but nothing works, ive deleted, re downloaded them, ive deleted LFS and redownloaded and unlocked it, ive deleted the skins of of LFS World and uploaded them 10 times, i have no clue what to do

Well stop deleting and re-uploading the skins onto LFSWorld, once they are on LFS World successfully, deleting them and re-uploading isn't going to help, they are on there, and everything should be ok.

If you have uploaded those skins above, then anyone should be able to see them online if they have the Auto Skin Download feature turned on in their game.

If you are just simply asking people online "Do you see my skin", don't always trust them, some people don't reply or say 'No' as a joke (or if their option is turned off).

If you want, I can meet you in the meeting room and see if I can see your skins? (I will be in the meeting room right now)

This is really strange... it says it is downloading his skin off of LFSW all correctly, and his car still stays white...

I uploaded a skin file called: FXR_chopscan_test.jpg (his is FXR_chopscan_69.jpg)

Loaded into my game and pitout... they saw the skin just fine. The skin file isn't corrupt or anything I assume.

So then he renamed the skin to: FXR_BDINGU_69.jpg... again it says it is downloading the skin but nothing is loading into the game. The skin in the skins_x folder is there all perfect and fully loaded, and works fine for me, but we never see the skin on his car, strangely...

Perhaps it is a problem he has with LFSW and uploading the file. He tells me it loads onto LFSW all perfect and fine, and he gets the 'file uploaded successfully' message.

Maybe Victor knows what the problem is, and could fix it... but I really can't figure out why his stuff will not load.

He is using Firefox and on a high speed connection. Having him try uploading to IE right now.

If everyone else uses his skin online, people will download it and see it.... just not if he uses it online?

Did you change the filename? The original was very long.

No the filename wasn't the issue, it worked fine. I had uploaded a longer filename even

Was a really strange situation, and I am wondering how they fixed it. It was something he was doing or some sort of bug with him being online, so his skins were not showing at all.

if he stumbled upon on a bug I can understand it can get quite frustrating in the end
